Roc Holiday Village does not operate any parking but there are many surface lots and ramp parking garages conveniently located near the festival.
Please read the signs and make sure that parking is allowed. Many lots are private for the use of patrons only. The Festival cannot take any responsibility for those who park illegally.

Surface lots, fees vary, all are operated by private owners, the festival does not operate any parking.
Metered Street Parking, free after 6 PM Fridays and all day Saturday and Sunday, please read signs and only park in legal spots

Parking is $10 a day at The Strong’s Parking Garage, which may be accessed off of Howell Street.
Tailgating and overnight parking is not permitted. All cars must be removed from the garage by 11:30 p.m. when the garage closes. Cars remaining in the garage after close will be towed at the owner’s expense.

Bus Routes – Rochester Transit Center
- The Festival site is approximately a 10 minute walk from the RTS Transit Center, where all bus routes stop. Many routes run until late night.

LOST & FOUND
Misplaced something during your visit? Lost and Found is located at the bar inside The Triple-O Lodge. Our team can help you check for missing items such as hats, gloves, phones, or other belongings. If you realize you lost something after you leave, reach out to jolly@rocholidayvillage.com.
RESTROOMS
Portable bathrooms are located outside behind The Lodge tent adjacent to Court St. and inside the Ice Rink Lodge. Baby changing stations are located in the bathroom inside the Ice Rink Lodge. A luxury restroom trailer will also be available near Court St.

Get our official ornament, mug, treats, and other great gifts. Available in the Roc Holiday Village Merchandise Tent during the festival. Open daily during festival operating hours.

From the West
- Use these if coming from Brockport, Spencerport, Chili, or Gates.
- Take I-490 East toward downtown Rochester.
- Use Exit 15 for South Avenue.
- Turn right onto South Avenue.
- Continue straight to Court Street.
From the East
- Use these if coming from Fairport, Penfield, Webster, or points east of Rochester.
- Take I-490 West toward downtown Rochester.
- Use Exit 16 for Clinton Avenue.
- Turn left onto South Clinton Avenue.
- Continue to Court Street.
From the South
- Use these if coming from Brighton, Henrietta, Pittsford, or the Thruway.
- Take I-390 North to I-590 North or I-390 North to I-490 East.
- Merge onto I-490 East toward downtown Rochester.
- Use Exit 15 for South Avenue.
- Turn right onto South Avenue.
- Continue to Court Street.
From the North
- Use these if coming from Irondequoit, Charlotte, or areas around Lake Avenue.
- Take I 590 South or NY 104 East or West to reach I 490.
- Merge onto I 490 East toward downtown Rochester.
- Use Exit 15 for South Avenue.
- Turn right onto South Avenue.
- Continue to Court Street.
Important Road Closure Notice
Court Street between Chestnut Street and the Manhattan Square Drive roundabout is closed to thru traffic during event operating hours. Drivers should plan to approach the park from alternate connecting streets and follow posted detours or traffic attendants on site. Access for pick ups, drop offs, deliveries, and emergency vehicles will be directed as needed.
Rideshare and Accessible Drop Off Locations
The following area offer convenient and safe access to Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Park during event hours:
Court Street and Chestnut Street Corner
This corner is immediately adjacent to the north side of the park and serves as another ideal drop off location. It remains accessible even when Court Street is closed to thru traffic between Chestnut Street and the roundabout. Ride share vehicles and taxis can pull to the curb, drop off passengers, and exit using Chestnut Street.
This location allows for smooth traffic flow, minimal congestion, and easy pedestrian access to park entrances.
