Roc Holiday Village 2023 will operate from 12/1 – 12/23. The full schedule of dates and times will be posted here
General admission is free. Some special events may require ticket purchase.
Parking is available in the Washington Square Garage (111 Woodbury Blvd), the Central Parking System (100 Chestnut St. – at the Five Star Bank Building), area streets and other area parking garages. More information on parking can be found here.
The Holiday Village is an accessible site. We remind all visitors that the popularity of the Roc Holiday Village gives way to large crowds during peak times, sometimes making it more difficult to maneuver.
Both! Roc Holiday Village will have indoor events such as visit with Santa in Santa’s Workshop, crafts for kids, mini maker markets, live music, and a bar and restaurant. Outdoor activities include free ice skating, retail and food vendors, outdoor musical performances, and special events on the ice rink.
Roc Holiday Village is an indoor and outdoor event and will be open rain, or shine, or snow. In the case of extreme weather we may be forced to close the village in which case we will make a public announcement.
Please check the City of Rochester’s Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Park website for updates on ice rink closures due to weather.
Reservations are not required in The Lodge.
Yes, all ages are welcome in The Lodge.

4pm-8pm on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays
11am – 8pm on Saturdays

Yes. Lost and found is located at the Roc Holiday Village official merchandise booth (Santa’s Gift Shoppe) located in the shopping village.
Unfortunately, we can’t accommodate pets at Roc Holiday Village.

Yes! Roc Holiday Village hosts private events throughout the month of December. Events may be hosted during operating hours as well as days The Village is closed to the public. Contact jolly@rocholidayvillage.com for more information.
Smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes are NOT permitted on Roc Holiday Village grounds. Additionally, smoking marijuana is not permitted at Roc Holiday Village.
