The Shopping Village is one of the most beloved attractions at Roc Holiday Village — a bustling, open-air market that brings the spirit of the season to life right in the heart of downtown Rochester. Each day, over 25 unique merchants transform the Village into a festive wonderland of handcrafted gifts, cozy winter essentials, seasonal treats, and one-of-a-kind treasures perfect for holiday gifting.

Roc Holiday Village’s Shopping Village was recently ranked 6th Best Holiday Market in the U.S., standing out among 20 prestigious markets nominated nationwide. Whether you’re sipping hot cocoa, browsing under twinkling lights, or meeting friends and family, this vibrant hub is more than a market — it’s an unforgettable experience for all ages.

APPLICATION DATES

WEDNESDAY, MAY 1 – APPLICATIONS OPEN

SUNDAY, JUNE 30 – DEADLINE TO APPLY

Approved vendors will be notified by email on or before July 31.

TERMS

Application fee is $25.
Due to limited space and overwhelming interest, submitting an application does not guarantee a spot.
Vendors are required to be open for all hours specified on the dates they are approved to vend.
If selected, a non-refundable $200 deposit is due by August 15. Failure to pay deposit by due date will forfeit acceptance.
Full, non-refundable payment due September 25.
Accepted vendors will be notified by email.

Roc Holiday Village seeks Shopping Village vendors with products that fit the following criteria:
- great holiday gifts
- unique
- high quality
- handmade or handcrafted
Roc Holiday Village does not accept the following vendors:
- direct sales & multilevel marketing
- wholesale distributors
- products with inappropriate messaging (profanity, divisive messaging, etc.)
Roc Holiday Village is a rain or shine event. The festival only closes in the event of extreme/dangerous weather.

"For us, this event is The Event to end the year. It's a whole new generation's "Midtown Plaza" holiday experience and we are a part of it. Speaking of the atmosphere, it doesn't matter if it's a warm Saturday afternoon or cold and snowy Thursday evening, this event feels like the holidays. The lights, the music, the random laughter rolling through and around the booths - all of it makes the entire event just feel like the holidays. That, for us at least, is why we do it.
