Shopping Village Vendor FAQs

Accepted vendors will be notified by email. Due to the high volume of applicants we can not notify vendors that are not accepted.

Roc Holiday Village operates rain or shine. The Village will only close in the event of extreme or dangerous weather.

Set up for each week can start the Tuesday of your week (day or night).

Please park with your flashers on at the ramp up into the Village on Court Street. Once loaded in, please move your car so others can load as well. Carts with wheels are super helpful. Court Street will be closed by 3:00pm as food trucks take their designated places.

Roc Holiday Village does not have designated vendor parking. Please view parking information here. Please do not park on the sidewalks or any other restricted areas.

Break down is at the end of your last day onsite.

Your booth is 10-feet x 10-feet.

Yes, 8ft tables and/or folding chairs are available to rent from Roc Holiday Village. Email jolly@rocholidayvillage.com to request items to rent.

The Shopping Village is located outside and is semi-heated. Warm clothing is recommended. Additional personal heaters are not permitted as they cause electrical failure throughout The Village.
Yes, you are required to provide 2 additional insurance riders naming Jolly Roc and the City of Rochester.
Yes, food vendors must get a permit from Monroe County Health Deptartment. 
No, food trucks operate from trucks parked on Court Street in Frosty’s Food Court. Email jolly@rocholidayvillage.com for food truck information.
