Ryan Callahan Foundation Ice Hockey Skills Competition

Sunday, December 17, 10am – noon

Enter your child to participate or just watch this fun competition on the ice rink! 

Ryan Callahan is a retired professional hockey player known for his time as the Captain of the New York Rangers, Right Wing of the Tampa Bay Lightning & Olympic Silver Medalist for Team USA.

The Ryan Callahan Foundation is a non-profit organization established by Ryan & Kyla Callahan to make memorable experiences a reality for kids who are battling or who have survived cancer.

Two groups: Ages 10 & under, and Youth 11 to 16 will compete in three areas:

1 – Handling skills with sticks and pucks

2 – Passing competition into mini nets

3 – Fastest skater in a circle 

*Each participant may register for one skill only. 

The winner from each skill will receive a fun prize and will have the opportunity for Ryan to take a photo with them!

10 & Under Group: Check-in will begin at 9:30am under the Ryan Callahan Foundation tent located adjacent to the outdoor ice rink. ALL skaters must be ice-ready at 10am in order to participate.

11 to 16 Group: Check-in will begin at 10:15am under the Ryan Callahan Foundation tent located adjacent to the outdoor rink.  ALL skaters must be ice-ready at 10:45am in order to participate.
