Postcard Contest

Roc Holiday Village is holding a competition open to all artists to create a unique postcard depicting the holiday season in Rochester. We welcome all ages to participate.

Rules & Guidelines

Winner’s art may appear on note cards, posters, and other promotional materials for the Roc Holiday Village. Winning Artist will be notified by late November.Winner receives $100.

Winning artwork will be revealed at a date to be determined. The Roc Holiday Village receives exclusive rights to the winning work to be used in the promotion of Roc Holiday Village. Any media or product created (posters, cards, t-shirts, etc.) will remain the property of RHV and may be used and sold by RHV and its merchants. This artwork may also be used to promote future Roc Holiday Village Festivals. Artist does retain copyright within these guidelines. The exhibitor and/or family shall at all times protect, indemnify, save and keep harmless Roc Holiday Village, it’s members, affiliates and business invitees from any damage, liability or expense arising from or out of any loss or injury to any property or person, including the artist, its agents, employees and business invitees, which arise from or out of by reason of the artist’s participation in this event. No Entry Fee.

Submit a High Resolution jpg image of your entry.

Artwork must represent holidays in Rochester and should portray the spirit of Roc Holiday Village.

Submissions may be vertical or horizontal. RHV reserves the right to modify the winning design in accordance with the printing process.

The only text to be placed on the work (other than artist’s signature) is Roc Holiday Village (not required).

Winning artist should be available for publicity interviews and pictures; these remain the property of the RHV.

RHV reserves the right to disqualify entries, without notice, for failure to comply with the terms and conditions.
