Eighth annual festival will open Nov. 27 for 16 days through Dec. 20
WHAT:
Organizers of the City of Rochester Roc Holiday Village presented by ESL Federal Credit Union announced the 2026 season dates for the eighth annual winter festival at Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Park in downtown Rochester.
For the first time, Roc Holiday Village will open Thanksgiving weekend and operate on select dates through December 20, spanning 16 days of festive fun and capturing the busy holiday weekend when many people are off from work or visiting Rochester with family and friends. Because major holidays shift on the calendar each year, organizers adjust the schedule annually to align with the most active weeks of the season. In 2026, the Village will conclude before Christmas rather than operating between Christmas and New Year’s as it has in previous seasons.
Applications for retailers be a vendor in the Shopping Village and Mini Makers Market will open May 1 at rocholidayvillage.com.
Roc Holiday Village is a free annual winter festival in downtown Rochester featuring outdoor ice skating, holiday shopping, visits with Santa, food and drinks, live music and family activities that welcomed more than 200,000 in 2025.
