COZY WINTER IGLOO TERMS & CONDITIONS
- One Cozy Winter Igloo ticket accommodates up to 6 guests. Only one ticket is required for groups of 1 to 6 people. Please note that individual seating is not available for more than 6 guests.
- Each ticket is valid for one 90-minute reservation.
- All sales are final. Cozy Winter Igloo tickets are nonrefundable. If Roc Holiday Village must close due to unforeseen circumstances, ticket holders will receive a full refund.
- Cozy Winter Igloo tickets are nontransferable and may not be used for unauthorized giveaways, contests or promotions. Tickets associated with unauthorized promotions, contests or giveaways will be canceled and voided.
- 10% gratuity will be added at checkout.
- Prepaid charcuterie boxes must be ordered in advance and will not be available for purchase during your visit.
- Drinks may be prepaid when purchasing your ticket or ordered from your server during your visit.
- Guests arriving more than 20 minutes late may not be accommodated.
- Outside food and drinks are not permitted.
- Pets are not permitted at Roc Holiday Village.
- Smoking and vaping are prohibited throughout Roc Holiday Village grounds and inside the igloos. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged to any party found to have smoked or vaped inside an igloo.

How many people does one Cozy Winter Igloo ticket accommodate?
One Cozy Winter Igloo ticket accommodates up to six people. You do not need to purchase a separate ticket for each person in your igloo.
How long is the Cozy Winter Igloo experience?
Each Cozy Winter Igloo reservation is for 90 minutes.
Can I get a refund or exchange my ticket for a different date or time?
No. All Cozy Winter Igloo ticket sales are final. Reservations cannot be canceled, rescheduled or exchanged for another date or time. If you are unable to attend, we recommend giving your ticket to a friend or family member.
What happens if Roc Holiday Village closes due to weather?
If Roc Holiday Village closes and your Cozy Winter Igloo reservation is canceled, you will receive a refund.
How many Cozy Winter Igloos can I book at one time?
There is a limit of one Cozy Winter Igloo ticket per purchase. If you would like to book more than one igloo or time slot, you will need to complete a separate transaction.
Can I request a specific Cozy Winter Igloo?
No. Igloos are randomly assigned, and each includes the same features and amenities.
Are the Cozy Winter Igloos heated?
Yes. Cozy Winter Igloos are semi-heated and include warm blankets. Because the igloos are outdoors in winter, guests should dress appropriately for the weather.
What food and drinks are available for the Cozy Winter Igloos?
Charcuterie, donuts and select beverages are available to pre-purchase during checkout when you purchase your Cozy Winter Igloo ticket. You may also order drinks from the Triple-O Lodge Bar through your server during your visit.
Food is also available for purchase from food trucks and vendors throughout Roc Holiday Village and may be brought into your igloo.
Can I purchase charcuterie during my visit?
No. Charcuterie is available by pre-purchase only. If you would like charcuterie during your visit, be sure to add it to your order when purchasing your Cozy Winter Igloo ticket.
Can I bring outside food or drinks into the Cozy Winter Igloos?
No. Our permits do not allow outside food or beverages to be brought into the igloos. Food purchased from Roc Holiday Village food trucks and vendors may be brought into your igloo.
Birthday cakes from licensed bakeries are permitted.
Why do you use pre-paid tickets instead of regular reservations?
Cozy Winter Igloos are offered as pre-paid ticketed experiences rather than traditional reservations because each ticket secures a specific 90-minute time slot for your group. This allows us to plan ahead for each session and provide the best possible experience for our guests.
Are pets allowed inside the Cozy Winter Igloos?
No. Pets are not permitted inside the Cozy Winter Igloos.
When do Cozy Winter Igloo tickets go on sale?
Cozy Winter Igloo tickets go on sale each fall. Subscribe to our Newsletter and follow Roc Holiday Village on Instagram and Facebook for on-sale announcements and Cozy Winter Igloo special events.
